Announcement of events

If you are organising a guest lecture or another event that you would like to have announced on the department website and on the electronic information screens, you must send an email to Mette Stig Hansen, with the following information:

  • Title of lecture
  • Name of speaker
  • Short abstract
  • Time and place
  • Contact person
  • Picture (optional)

Mailing lists

ENG has a number of mailing lists. You find the mailing lists by

  • opening a new email in Outlook
  • click on ”to”
  • write: #ENG

The mailing lists will then be listed.

#ENG alle = #ENG VIP, #ENG TAP, #ENG postdocs, #ENG PhD, #ENG Research Assistents, #ENG Visitors and #ENG ADM.

#ENG VIP = professors, associate professors and assistent professors.

The mailing lists can be opened once they have been added to an email by clicking on "+". This allows you to remove recipients from the list.

Business cards

You can order business cards via AU's.


If you need the department logo for a presentation or something similar, you can generate one at AU's website. The department unit number is 1247.

Email signature

You can download a template for your email signature by clicking on the link below.

Word and Powerpoint templates

AU's templates for Word and Powerpoint is installed automatically on your computer. If they are not installed on your computer, you must contact the local IT support or install the templates manually.
