Parking and bike racks

Car parking
There are free parking spaces available around the Edison and Shannon buildings on Finlandsgade. It is also possible to park in Føtex' car park at Åbogade or along Katrinebjergvej and Finlandsgade.

Bike racks
Bikes must be stored in the bike racks outside the building or behind the Edison and Shannon buildings on Finlandsgade.

Access to the building

Key and keycard
You order and pick up keys and key cards by contacting Ann Høgh Mikkelsen, ahm@ase.au.dk.

The key and key card must be returned to Ann Høgh Mikkelsen when the employment is ended.

Building service and management

Regarding normal tasks (waste, technical installations, cleaning or similar), please send an email to STBYG3service.okoplan@au.dk. For urgent matters, call this number: +45 8715 0539.

IT support

The IT support at Katrinebjerg is located in the Hopper building, Åbogade 34, room 028.

Usually, the opening hours are from 9.00-13.00. You can also send an email to the IT helpdesk at aarhus.st.it@au.dk.

Canteen, coffee/tea and fruit

Catering related to exams at the MSc in Engineering programmes is handled by the study coordinators.

Fruit
Permanent staff in the Turing building at Åbogade can pick up one piece of fruit daily. The fruit is available in the staff kitchen.

Office supplies, mail and cardboard

Office supplies
You can find office supplies for employees in the reception area at Finlandsgade 22, room 104.

Mail and courier services
Pigeonholes for mail for employees at Katrinebjerg are located in the Edison building room 207. Only employees have access to the room. Mail sent to Finlandsgade 22 is handled and distributed daily by Ann Høgh Mikkelsen.

Alternatively, you can ask senders to send your mail and packages to the ADA building (building 5342, room 114) where the department has a pigeon hole marked “Department of Engineering – Turing 0”.
