The main entrances to the building follow the normal AU opening hours. The doors open at 7.30 in the morning and close at 16.00 in the afternoon. To access the buildings outside of the opening hours, you must use your keycard.

Key and keycard
You order a key and keycard by contacting Ann Høgh Mikkelsen, Finlandsgade 22, room 100.
The key and keycard must be returned to Ann Høgh Mikkelsen when the employment is terminated.

The IT support at Katrinebjerg is located in the Nygaard building, Finlandsgade 21-23, 1st floor, room 198. Usually, the opening hours are from 9.00-13.00. Du kan også kontakte IT på email@example.com.

Canteens and catering

Catering related to exams at the MSc in Engineering programmes is handled by the study coordinators.
You can find a hot drinks dispenser for employees in room Å238. Tea bags can also be found in room Å238.
Employees can borrow thermos and mugs in the kitchen for meetings. The thermos must be returned to the kitchen after the meeting, empty and cleaned.
Employees permanently located at Hangøvej 2 can pick up one piece of fruit daily. The fruit is available in room Å238.

Mail is handled and distributed daily by Ann Høgh Mikkelsen.
Pigeonholes for mail are located in room 2.20 for employees who are located at Hangøvej 2 permanently.
Paper for recycling
Trays with paper for recycling must be emptied by the employee in room 2.20. Racks have been set up for this purpose.
